What We Offer
Firm Overview
Affinity Peak Capital is a private advisory firm serving founders, operators, and investment managers at moments of consequence — the sale of a business, the formation of a fund, the transition from early traction to durable scale.
We were established on a straightforward premise: that the quality of an outcome is determined less by process than by access. The right buyer. The right limited partner. The right operating decision, made early enough to matter. These are relationship-driven outcomes, and they do not lend themselves to volume.
We therefore work with a deliberately limited number of clients at any given time. Each engagement is led directly by the firm's principal, and each is undertaken only where we believe we hold a genuine informational or relationship advantage. We do not pursue mandates we are not positioned to execute.
Affinity Peak Capital is headquartered in New York City and advises clients across United States, Asia, Europe, and Middle East.

I. Strategic Transactions
Sell-side advisory for founder-led technology businesses
For most technical founders, the sale of a company is a singular event — undertaken once, under conditions of asymmetric information, against counterparties who transact continuously. That asymmetry is the central problem we exist to solve.
Affinity Peak Capital advises founders and closely held businesses on strategic transactions, with particular focus on introducing owners to qualified acquirers. Our work begins well before a process does: positioning the business in the language buyers underwrite, identifying which acquirers have a strategic reason to move, and determining whether the market conditions justify a transaction at all.
What we do
Buyer identification and mapping across strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, and family offices
Direct introduction to qualified, motivated counterparties within our network
Positioning, narrative, and materials development for market
Valuation framing and preparation for diligence
Guidance through process management, negotiation, and closing alongside the client's legal and tax counsel
Who we serve
Founder-led and founder-controlled businesses. We work most effectively with owners who have optionality. Those able to transact but not compelled to.
Our approach
We are not a volume intermediary and we do not run indiscriminate processes. A broad, poorly targeted outreach effort is often more damaging to a company's negotiating position than no process at all. Our preference is a curated approach: a small number of counterparties who have a defensible strategic rationale, approached with a coherent thesis and disciplined information control.
We advise founders honestly on timing, including when the honest answer is that the business is not yet ready for market.

Limited partner introduction and fundraising advisory for private equity and venture capital managers
Institutional capital formation has become materially more difficult. Allocation is concentrating among established managers, diligence cycles have lengthened, and the burden of proof placed on emerging and mid-market sponsors has risen accordingly. Fundraising is now a distribution problem as much as a performance one.
Affinity Peak Capital works with private equity and venture capital managers to reach the limited partners most likely to underwrite their strategy. Our contribution is directional and relational: identifying which pools of capital have live mandates consistent with a manager's sector, stage, and check size — and making credible, warm introductions into them.
What we do
LP mapping and prioritization by mandate fit, allocation cadence, and check size
Direct introduction to family offices, endowments and foundations, funds of funds, wealth platforms, and institutional allocators
Positioning and narrative review of the fund's investment thesis
Materials review, including pitch deck, DDQ, and track-record presentation
Fundraising process structure, sequencing, and pipeline discipline
Who we serve
General partners of private equity and venture capital firms raising [Fund I through Fund IV], with target fund sizes between [$X and $Y]. We work with both first-time managers with institutional-quality backgrounds and established sponsors seeking to broaden their LP base beyond existing relationships.
Our approach
An introduction is only valuable if it is credible on both sides. We are as protective of our relationships with allocators as we are of our clients' time, and we introduce only where we believe there is a genuine mandate fit. That discipline is what makes the introduction worth taking.
We work in support of a manager's own fundraising effort. We do not replace it.

III. Growth Strategy & Value Creation
Advisory to founders and business owners on scaling, commercial strategy, and go-to-market execution
Enterprise value is created in the years preceding a transaction, not during one. The businesses that command premium outcomes are those with durable growth, defensible margin structure, and a repeatable commercial engine — attributes that must be built deliberately.
Affinity Peak Capital advises founders and owners on the operating decisions that compound into value: where to concentrate resources, how to construct a go-to-market motion that scales beyond the founder, and how to build the reporting and controls that institutional counterparties expect to see.
What we do
Growth strategy and market positioning
Go-to-market design, including segmentation, pricing, channel, and sales motion
Commercial organization structure and revenue operations
Unit economics, retention, and margin analysis
Transaction readiness — preparing a business to withstand institutional diligence
Who we serve
Founders, owner-operators, and management teams of [revenue-stage] businesses seeking to institutionalize growth, whether in preparation for a capital event or as an end in itself.
Our approach
We work as principals, not as a report-producing function. Our engagements are structured around a limited number of decisions that materially change trajectory, and we measure our contribution against commercial outcomes rather than deliverables.
Much of this work is undertaken with owners who intend to transact within [24–48 months]. Our transaction practice informs the advice: we know what acquirers and allocators underwrite, and we build toward it.
Our Standards
Independence. We advise in our clients' interest. Where a conflict exists, we disclose it.
Discretion. Our work concerns confidential matters. We treat client information accordingly, and we do not publicize engagements without consent.
Selectivity. We accept a limited number of mandates. We decline work we are not positioned to execute well.
Alignment. Our engagements are structured so that our interests and our clients' interests converge on the same outcome.

Manager access and origination for family offices and institutional allocators
The constraint facing most private capital allocators is not the availability of managers but the quality of access to them. The strongest funds are frequently oversubscribed, closed to new relationships, or raised entirely within existing networks. Capacity in these vehicles is allocated on the basis of relationship and timing rather than open marketing, and allocators outside those networks rarely see the opportunity at all.
Affinity Peak Capital works with family offices, institutional allocators, and private investors to widen the aperture. Our position across both sides of the private capital market — advising managers on formation and allocators on access — gives us early visibility into funds coming to market, including those that will never be broadly distributed.
What we do
Origination and mapping of private equity, venture capital, and private credit managers against a stated allocation mandate
Introduction to managers, including access to funds not otherwise open to new limited partners
Coordination of introductory meetings, data room access, and manager correspondence
Structural and terms orientation, including fee structures, governance provisions, and co-investment rights
Support for direct and co-investment opportunities alongside sponsors, where relevant to the mandate
Who we serve
Single and multi-family offices, private investors, and institutional allocators deploying into private markets, with allocation sizes from [$X to $Y] per commitment. We work both with allocators building a private markets program from an early stage and with established programs seeking exposure beyond their existing manager relationships.
Our approach
We source and introduce. We do not recommend.
Every allocator we work with retains complete responsibility for evaluating any manager, conducting its own due diligence, and reaching its own investment decision, in consultation with its own advisers. Our contribution is access, context, and market visibility — not the judgment that follows from them.
We are compensated by [managers / allocators], and we disclose our compensation arrangement to every party before any introduction is made. We regard that disclosure as a precondition of the relationship rather than a formality.
Our position in the market
Our capital formation practice and our investor coverage practice are the same network viewed from opposite ends. Advising managers on how institutional capital is allocated informs how we counsel allocators; working with allocators on mandate and pacing informs how we position managers. Each side makes the other more useful. Neither is conducted at the expense of the other.
